HOME OF THE SNAKEBITE BLEND (2) TIMES THE CAFFEINE

Over the years we have tried and tested many origins of coffee and have decided on 3 types of grade 1 beans. My favoroite is Yirgacheffe, it is an Ethiopian Coffee Bean and are known for their delicious sweet taste and pleasant aroma complemented by a spicy quality that is in part a product of the coffee beans’ wet processing, ranking them among the best coffee beans in the world on most lists. The body of Ethiopian Yirgacheffee is usually medium while the acidity is very vibrant providing a nice intensity infused with citrus notes. The finish reveals wine and berry notes. If you like your coffee beans sweet then try a Dark Roast but if you prefer to experience the coffee’s brightness then sample some Ethiopian Yirgacheffee coffee beans that have been given a Medium Roast.

Sumatra is one of the world’s finest premium gourmet coffees which are Mandheling, Ankola, and Lintong grown in Sumatra. These coffees are distinguished by their full body, more earthy than Java Arabica, and with a low acidity. Sumatran coffees are renown for providing a rich, satisfyingflavor.Mandheling coffee, grown in the west-central region near Padang, is known for its smooth and heavy body that is sometimes even described as syrupy. The coffee has a relatively low acidity, but just enough to provide add interest to the complextastes. Mandheling often exhibits intense sweet tones of chocolate, and sometimes notes of licorice.Lintong coffee is sweet with a medium body, low acidity, and an earthy, complex aroma. Sumatra Lintong is grown in north central region of the island of Sumatra near Lake Toba in the Lintong region.

Heuhuetango is grown in Guatemala.  This bean has sweet flavors and aromatics with a fruity start reminiscent of plums and cherry then peters out to a milk chocolate finish. Generally a great all rounder and crowd pleaser. Fully washed Huehuetango from the north highlands are exceptional coffees with distinct acidity and fruited flavours. Of the three non-volcanic regions, Huehuetenango is the highest and driest under cultivation. Thanks to the dry, hot winds that blow into the mountains from Mexico’s Tehuantepec plain, the region is protected from frost, allowing cultivation between 5000 and 5500 feet above sea level.Guatemala is one of the worlds top coffee origins and the eighth largest producer. This relatively small country boasts the most climatically diverse regions in the world. The soil, rainfall, humidity, altitude, and temperature are varied enough to produce seven distinct types of Guatemala Arabica coffee. Huehuetenango and Antigua coffees are well-known and highly rated.

We have come up with 4 different blends from the above beans:

Conch Blend – made with Huehue and Sumatra

Pecos Blend – made from Huehue, Yirgchaffe and Sumatra

SnakeBite blend, 6 bean blend of Arabica and Robusta beans, it has 2X the caffeine to start the day out right.

Our newest blend is TEXAS HEAT, the Pecos with a mixture of spices and a touch of Cayenne
